چکیده
Abstract Study question Our aim is presenting a clinical case of pregnancy using intracytoplasmatic sperm injection with bacterial contamination embryo culture after failed conventional in vitro fertilisation. Summary answer Intracytoplasmatic (ICSI) can be an effective and safe method to prevent infection microbial semen. What known already Contamination rare, but detrimental. The most common sources are semen follicular fluid. We currently have no standard protocols for monitoring biological fluids. Semen often contains bacteria even if hygiene rules collection followed. Most studies found significant difference the effectiveness fertilisation treatment presence or absence bacteriospermia. This explained by preparation techniques, antibiotic content media use ICSI. centres advise against contaminated transfers, some achieved removing zona pellucida design, size, duration report two consecutive - ICSI cycles at Division Assisted Reproduction, Department Obstetrics Gynecology, Semmelweis University, Budapest 2022. P-127: The Effect of Supplementation of In Vitro Culture Medium with FGF2 on Ovine Embryo Development
Background: Fibroblast growth factors are a great family of growth factors that exert variety of functions in vertebrates including cell growth, survival, differentiation and migration. FGFRs are transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptors transmitting FGF signals. Four types of FGFRs (1/2/3/4) exist in vertebrates. FGF2 is one of the FGFs detected in bovine and ovine uterus flushes, supposing that...
متن کاملP REPARATION OF A NEW MEDIUM FOR IN VITRO CULTURE OF BORRELIA MICROTTI AND BORRELIA PERSICA
Borrelia microtti and Borrelia persica are two Iranian strains of spirochetes whose vectors are Ornithodorous tholozani and Ornithodorous erraticus which are responsible for relapsing fever. BSK medium has been used for in vitro culture of other strains of borrelia, although the two mentioned strains could not be successfully cultured in it. We have modified BSK medium by using guinea pig ...
متن کاملEmbryo Culture Challenge: Microbial Contamination
The success rate of embryo production critically depends on several factors. One of the pivotal factors is a technique used for the whole procedure of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vitro embryo culture (IVC) (1, 2). Besides the technique selected for IVF / in vitro embryo production (IVEP), there is an important consideration called IVF/IVEP culture dishes disin...

O-22: Comparison of Conventional IVF versus ICSI in Non-Male Factor, Norm Responder Patients
Background: Conventional IVF and ICSI are two common techniques to achieve fertilization. IVF has long been used for treatment of infertility, although it is not an effective treatment in severe male infertility. The use of ICSI has been expanded in severe male factor and fertilization failure after IVF cycle. In spite of the widespread use of ICSI in patients with non-male factor infertility, ...
